Opinions on Samsung and Toshiba LCD TVs

I'm in the market for 40"- 42" LCD, my choice has been narrowed down to two models;

Samsung LN40B610

I read mixed reviews on both, but there were people i talked to that were raving over the Toshiba, but after reading CNET's review, they didn't seem to like it that much giving a 3/5, and i read some reviews that some these panels suffer from light leakage or something.

I'm leaning towards the Samsung, since i hear great things about their LCDs.

I already have 2 plasmas; 50" Pioneer Kuro in the basement and 42" Panasonic G15 in the living room so looking for an LCD for my bedroom.

Any thoughts? and if you guys have another recommendation, feel free to add them.
