Some of those are by different developers, so to be all on the same disc is unlikely. That being said, if Sega released a Sega CD, or even a Sega CD+Saturn Collection, it could have:

Sega CD games:
Dark Wizard
Sonic CD
Shining Force CD
Eternal Champions

Saturn Games:
Shining Force 3
Shining the Holy Ark
Burning Rangers
Sonic R
Panzer Dragoon
Panzer Dragoon Zwei
Panzer Dragoon Saga
Virtua Fighter 2
Fighting Vipers
Fighters MegaMix
Nights

Slightly off topic to Sega CD, I have been stunned to see at our local electronic stores that have keyring garments that contain Sega games. In actual fact there are hand controllers that contain about 15 Megadrive games that you just plug into the television, and seemingly you can download games onto an sd card and extend the list somewhat. they have Sonic's 1 and 2 but left 3 and Sonic and Knuckles out. That would have sold me right there if they were included. But It made me marvel at how we have come from the dedicated console to gimmicky set-ups with these games attached..my how technology has evolved haha!.

I recently found my old 16bit console with Landstalker and Alien Soldier so I think I'll treat myself to a trip down memory lane .

I loved Sewer Shark. I thought it was intense. If I remember, the end was very anticlimactic.

The Working Designs games will probably never happen.
Lunar 1 & 2

Vay

Lunar could be re-released individually since they have been rereleased on consoles in the past. The likelihood is slim with Working Designs being dead however.

Some games that have appeared on Sega consoles that I'd love to see re-released:

Third World War
Fighters Mega-Mix
Baku Baku
Theme Park (A version where EA isn't trying to nickle and dime you, unlike what they're doing with their iOS and Android versions.)

I loved Corpse Killer. Played it for hours. My favorite by far had to be Dracula Unleashed. I don't know what it is about FMV games, but I thought they were soooooooooo awesome.
