Which aspect ratio do you prefer? Matted widescreen 1.78/1.85 or Scope widescreen 2.35/2.4?

Neither...original aspect ratio for me.

I'll admit it is nice when blu-rays "fill the screen," but I only want that if that's what the director intends

Exactly. I feel that the original intentions are best fit for the Blu release, whether it be grain (no ranting, please) or aspect ratio.

I like either, as long it's the original aspect ratio as I want to see movies as close to the original as possible.
