Just don't include online ones on Resistance

Heavenly Sword, Orange Box, and Resistance are all very good guesses. However, I'm with them on this one when they state that they "have a solid [guess]."

The only game with such a major outcry for a trophy patch has been MGS4. The next closest has been Heavenly Sword. And I highly doubt that the outcry has been as large or severe as it has been for MGS4 to have trophies added.

PLEASE LET IT BE MGS4!!!

You're probably right.. Have never played the game but this would be a good reason to try it!

I just really wish they would include trophies on Resistance! A landmark game (just like MGS4) and trophies would give me a good reason to replay it

Apparently, later in that thread that you linked to, the OP of the thread states that he was informed that many have been misinterpreting what was said in the podcast.

It's interesting. I went and listened to that part of the podcast. The quote about tomorrow's announcement definitely refers to a good PS3 game getting some trophies, but he specifically finishes the sentence with "... that tie in to what we are talking about right now." And, they were talking about online multiplayer trophies right before the statement was made.

I just listened to the podcast and I don't see how it could be "misinterpreted". They said to look at ps3.ign.com tomorrow (today) because a VERY good game is getting trophies. How could that be misinterpreted??

I doubt The Orange Box will get trophy support. Valve would have to share revenue with EA from the DLC and updates, so they didn't want to update the Orange Box on the PS3.

I'm betting my money on MGS4, however.

Orange Box of FOM - either would be good for me. Would encourage me to get them out again and blow the dust off them.

Exactly! Especially Resistance! Gold trophy for completing the co-op campaign

Best co-op together with spec-ops on MW2 IMO
