It was originally required you fax them a copy of your receipt(s), but there was a timeline on that and it is well over from what I remember.

The only SB to come with their digital copy code was Monsters Inc, if I remember.

What Tanooki posted. Go that route because it worked for a member here that I know.

If this is a "missing code" issue, there is no timeline except (a) the receipt can't be dated before the DMR eligibility date for that title (usually its release date, though later for some older Disney titles), and (b) they must be claimed before DMR's program end date, which has been routinely extended (presently summer 2011); even codes with earlier expiration dates remain valid for DMR points till then.

The current "missing code" procedure is to take a single digital picture of the back of your case alongside the receipt (I usually use a scanner), then upload it to the "missing codes" page on the DMR website. I don't know if it will work on the BB Steelbooks, but it won't hurt to try.

is what they reference for you to do.

BUT, what I did was fax a copy of the cardboard backs (they have the SKU) along with the receipt to disney movie rewards, and I got points for all of them. I will keep searching for the numbers.

if you follow the link above it is really simple: Here is an example of what happens:

Good news!

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest Blu-ray purchased on Dec-14-2009 is an eligible Blu-ray title.

Eligibility date: May-22-2007
Reward Points: 125 Just follow the steps below to claim your missing code.

Create Your Proof Of Purchase
Example Proof Of Purchase
Click photo to enlarge.

Clearly write the following number ####### on the receipt, making sure that the date, the description and the price are still clearly visible.
Check out our example proof on the right. Place the signed receipt on a table next to the purchased Blu-ray or DVD, showing the back of the Blu-ray or DVD with the barcode clearly visible, as our example illustrates. Use your digital camera to take a picture containing the receipt and the Blu-ray or DVD. Try to make sure that the two items fill up as much as possible of the picture. Save the picture to your computer (refer to the computer or camera manual for how to do this). Upload your proof of purchase photo.
