Do you buy new or used BDs?

Before I switched to Blu, I used to always buy used DVDs, and some of them were too scratched. How has your experience been with used Blu-rays? Aren't they more scratch-proof than DVDs?

99% of what i have was new, but one time Gamestop had like 10 blu's and they had buy 2 get 1 so i got 6 used there.

Whenever Gohastings has a sale I buy used BD's. They have the best selection I've ever seen and awesome prices.

10% of my bluray collection are used, got all my used bluray from gohastings online store and 2 out of 65 used bluray has little scratch but play fine on my PS3.

I buy whichever gives me the best price. I havent had any problems with the quality of any blus so it dont matter to me. As long as the case and artwork are the way they should be I am ok.

Mostly new but occassionally I will buy a used one from Ebay or Hastings.

Of the two used Blu-rays I bought, one of them was a fake. I do not buy used anymore.

+1 to this. Buying used has saved me a ton of money and I've never found a used disc/case to be anything other than excellent condition.

i prefer used especially these bluray have protection coating the fingureprints dust all wiped out w/good satin cloth and i prefer asking the guy before he puts in the case to look at it
if they are good i wll buy them(it depends if they let you look at it or not,example buy used with resealed wont be any good for me)

I buy new, but that is because I get gift cards to best buy ALL the time through work, so in essence, that is cheaper for me

New or used, as long as I can get the cheapest, I am good. I bought three used Blu-rays on here for $5 each.

75% of my collection is 'used' but very often i get it shrink wrapped brand new, esp. when it comes from gohastings.

so ummm, "used" is actually often new and @less than $10... either amazon's $10 or gohastings or anywhere. it's all about price for me =P.

i've also bought disc-only once (no artwork) but i had to hunt down the cover art... so that was a pain in the arse... i'm not buying disc only again.

Used to spend around $25-$30 for my first 10 blus, but now I only buy them when they're below $20 or purchase them here on the trading forum.

Unless it's a must have new release then I might splurge.
