The first trailer has been released for director Stephen Milburn Anderson’s (South Central) CA$H. Starring Chris Hemsworth (Thor, Red Dawn) and Sean Bean (Lord of the Rings), the film was in limbo until Roadside Attractions agreed to distribute and Lionsgate has the DVD rights. I’m pretty sure Hemsworth landing some big projects after filming this helped get CA$H released. Here’s the synopsis:

CA$H is a quirky psychological thriller that explores the role money plays in a bad economy. When a struggling young couple, Sam (Chris Hemsworth) and Leslie Phelan (Victoria Profeta) find a suitcase full of cash, they think their luck will take a turn for the better-until the strange and sinister criminal Pyke Kubic (Sean Bean) arrives at their doorstep, looking to collect what he believes is rightfully his. What follows is an action-packed adventure through the streets of Chicago as the three are pulled deeper and deeper into a desperate spiral of deception and violence… All in the name of cash.

I saw this film listed up on some sites online and looked into it yesterday. It looks alright makes me think a lot of "A Simple Plan" meets "Money For Nothing" but nowhere near the same level as "No Country"

Sean Bean small lol? He's fine. Haven't you seen him as Borormir and he's got the perfect face and nothing with a little workout routine that could fix that up.

I've seen Sean in lots of movies, he always looks small to me. He is like half a foot shorter than Hemsworth as well based on their scenes together. Also if they want to make Thor into a franchise, they might wanna cast someone under the age of 50, which is why they cast Hemsworth, who is half Bean's age.

Yeah well Thor isn't about being a pretty boy and Hemsworth isn't that big either besides being tall. Besides in movies anything can be done to height and stuff.

Bean's proven he's a talented actor as well and regardless of age, he stills looks young not 20s young but a young dude for 50 but what's done is done. I'm willing to give Hemsworth a shot.
