Does anyone know, if I place an order with Amazon.de for in-stock plus some pre-order items, would it be ship in one shipment or several at extra cost. I want to purchase Ninja Assassins, Zombieland plus Inglorious Bastards and maybe Underworld trilogy?

Yes IB is back in stock.

If you order them all at once it'll cost 14 EUR flat.
You order 1 = 14 EUR, you order 100 = 14 EUR.

Not necessarily.
I sent through an order with the Underworld trilogy, Final Destination, the Hangover, LOTR, Ninga Assassin and Zombieland. They went ahead and shipped Final Destination and Underworld already. Not sure why they haven't sent the Hangover yet. I'm not sure if there's any rhyme or reason with Amazon.de

Amazon.de does not always wait. I've purchased 100's movies from them, and they sometimes do break up shipments, but the shipping is still 14 EUR flat. So if you order 6 items,and then 3 ship, they only charge the appropriate portion of the shipping for those 3 items, not another 14 EUR (if you choose the "ship in as few shipments as possible option).

Once I received 4 shipements but the ammount of steelbooks was insane. A bunch of them was going OOS and back for a while. ???

2 shipement happened most of the time in my case.
