Default Peter Grabriel - Scratch My Back - 24 Bit download in Canada?

On the off chance any Canadian members have purchased the latest Peter Grabriel "Deluxe Edition" (2 disc) version of "Scratch My Back", did you get the download voucher for the forthcoming 24-bit download?

I know these are included in Euro versions, but it wasn't included in copies at my local retailers (they checked several, and haven't had any luck in following up with the distributor).

Wondering if this a Canada-wide omission?
