Blue Velvet - realising how great this film is on Blu ray - Blu-ray Forum

I have seen Blue Velvet many times, being a pretty dedicated Lynch fan. It happens to be one of my favorite films so I grabbed the Blu ray as soon as it came out. The experience on Blu ray is incredible, it's like re-discovering the film for the first time. It really must be experienced in widescreen High Definition, how Lynch intended.

I'm so glad they released this one, because it truly is one of the greatest films of all time. Dark, mysterious, heartbreaking and beautiful. Go Lynch

Blue Velvet is a great film, and IMO Dennis Hopper is a standout!

I don't know anyone who has seen this movie that doesn't instantly think of him when the film gets mentioned.
