Where did you get your screenname from? - Blu-ray Forum

I'll start, mine came from a bunch of hispanic friends (I'm white). They nicknamed me Meeklo after I defended them to a bunch of racist cops. The name come from the movie "Blood In, Blood Out". In it a character is named Miklo and he's hispanic with white skin due to a white father but hispanic mother.

Anyone else?

Shad was my nickname back in the days when I used to play soccer. So this is how Shad came to be. As for now, don't know where it came from.

Mine was an old high-school nickname. Some kids used to point at me and say "look, it's the journey of Al the Strange!" I think it has a nice ring to it, and I do pride myself in being some kind of wierdo.

My name is Michael. There was a time where i was overly obsessed with the movie The Wizard. If you dont know which movie that is shame on you! So MikeDaWiz came to life. I was making a new imdb account and I was obsessed with Darth Vader and that name was obviously taken. And I didn't want numbers in my username. So I thought of the Star Wars Episode III trailer and how Sidious says "Lord Vader" Darth Vader says "Yes master?" Sidous says "Rise".
From there I just put Rise and Darth Vader together.

Koreo's a nickname I've had forever. "Sagacious" came from the game Jade Empire. There was a character named Sagacious Tien and so I just put Sagacious and my nickname together and it stuck.
