You should go to the Contact Us page (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/contact-us) and either send them an email, call them, or open a live chat with someone if the options there.

You just click on the button by each order and follow the steps.

It's a lot to not have arrive, where are you based? Amazon get a bit twitchy if you declare too many things missing, I suppose it depends how much you order from them as to how good a customer they think you are.

Did any of them have tracking numbers?

I'm in the East Midlands and I've never had this issue before.
I chose the Super Saving Free Delivery so no tracking number sadly.

It's quite an odd thing for Amazon to lose deliveries. It's probably something you've done already but what are the chances they've gone to the wrong address or a neighbour (although Postie should have told you)?

It's not unheard of that stuff disappears but to have half a dozen things go 'bye-bye' is cause for concern. Unless there's been some kind of clerical error. Some of the dates are still borderline though and may still turn up. They're replacement as well, what happened to the original orders?

Go to the contact page and go through the options so you can speak to someone in person, it will probably be quicker that way and you won't get a 'cut-and-paste' message.

I checked (and re-checked), the shipping address was the right one. The Wizard of Oz had even arrived before the estimated date too.

It's so weird, earlier this week I received a steelbook from Zavvi in one of their sealed bubble envelope... and it had actually been opened then sealed back with adhesive tape.

As for Amazon UK, I went to the contact page and opened a chat with one of their employees who then proceeded to send replacements. The post has was updated .

I'm in the East Midlands too and my free super saver deliveries have gone really slow too.

My Dark Knight Blu took 4 days as opposed to the usual 2 days they normally take. I did a little investigation myself and found that Amazon are using middle men couriers.

Like TNT pick up HMV's deliveries, a company called Secured Mail pick up Amazon's mail. Now, believe it or not, I discovered that this service is tracked too.

When my Dark Knight finally arrived, I entered the numbers under the barcode on the label here: http://www.securedmail.co.uk/amazon-tracker/ . The results shown that Secured Mail, had my blu ray since last Saturday, but they only gave it to Royal Mail in the early hours of Thursday morning. Royal Mail then delivered it that day.

Any delivery issues at Amazon seem to be down to this Secured Mail Courier and not Royal Mail.

I've also noticed that Amazon UK has been a bit slow recently - usually items show up after 2/3 days with Free Super Save option; the last item I ordered was dispatched on Monday and is yet to show up.

I had the same thing with a Lego set I ordered from them a few weeks ago. Someone had opened up the sealed box, messed around with it, then sealed it up with other tape. Very strange. It had something on the tape saying it was for a search, no idea what the heck they where searching for in a box of Lego.

Did you check under your bins outside for the missing boxes, that's where my postman left my ET Steelbook (it got soaked and was covered in bugs when I found it).

Did you hear back from Amazon after that? I would have been pretty upset if I'd had slugs in the box.

The Blu Ray was fine so I didn't bother. I'm not too squeamish so it was no big deal. I would have been pissed if something was damage but it was all good inside, just a little wet.

Especially if you'd been charged for them.

Unless of course you'd ordered the movie 'Slugs', in which case you'd be disappointed if slugs wasn't in the box.

I ordered a boat load of movies and series back on Thanksgiving and so far I've only received a few sets. I still have one package containing five series yet to arrive. It's slightly unusual for it not to be here yet, but I chalked it up to customs and the holidays. Orders I've mailed out of the country over the last week have taken a little longer - so it's probably just one of those things.
