Default Looking for a TV

I'm looking for a TV in between 30-42 inches. I play games and watch movies, and it has to have 1080p, not 1080i or 720p. Also my budget for one is around $350. Any help?

Amazon has Vizio's 32" 1080p model for $480. Unless you see something pop up on slickdeals I think you are SOL w/ that budget.
