I just received used copy of Real Steel blu-ray from familyvideo.com. I was cleaning the disc by spraying the disc cleaning solution on both sides. I believe I accidentally scraped off a little bit of artwork from the disc. I was worried thinking that it might not play now. But when I popped the disc into the player, it worked fine. I didn't watch the entire movie yet. But I did watch some scenes and it seems to be playing fine. Should I be worried? I have heard that the movie is stored on the artwork side of the disc. Any chance it will stop working during some playtime?
Also, will playing this scratched disc cause any damage to my player itself? Please Help!!! |
