Klipsch RW-10d vs. ED A2-300?

Which of these 2 subs is considered to be better? I have an A2-300 on order but am considering cancelling it after all the talk I hear about bad amps with it. My local Klipsch dealer has the RW-10d on sale for $375 so I was thinking about going with it. I'm wondering if it is comparable to the A2-300 or not.

I think I can speak for everyone else when I say wait for the A2-300.. It will perform better than the Klipsch. The amp thing is nothing to worry about. Electronics, whether they be high end or low end, will sometimes fail! It's the nature of electronics. People tend to complain more about faulty electronics than perfect working ones. If you read the ED sub-woofer thread you can see there is high number of A2-300 fans. It's easily one of the most popular subwoofers on the site.

I am a recent owner of a new eD sub, and I can say that I have had not had any issues with the amp. I love the sub.

The only other subs that are in the eDs class I was seriously considering were the Hsu VTF-2, SVS PB-12, and the Outlaw LFM-1 Plus, but they will all be more expensive.

People knock Klipsch subs because you can get equal or slightly better for less, but if your getting a great buy on the Klipsch it makes it a moot issue. I would go Klipsch, but I'm a Klipsch guy. You'll get a 5 year warranty backed my a major company also.

I owned the RW-12d for a long while and thought it was a pretty good sub. It mainly got a bad rap because of it's retail price and same goes for the rw-10d. But to be honest the eD is a better value.
