Transferring iTunes to Samsung Phone?

Ok ok, yes ok I did post this same thread twice ok but I had to. Don't judge me!

So again, hello I am wondering if any of you guys know how to put music from iTunes onto a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I'm not sure if I was understanding it correctly but from what I've read, you can open up "This Computer" and transfer there. The thing is the computer doesn't always recognize the phone being plugged in. Sometimes it will be listed and then sometimes it won't.

When it does show, I was expecting to double click on it and then find different files/folders like you normally would on your "C" drive or say on an external HD. Unfortunately when I do double-click on it, it shows it being empty.

Anyone have any ideas?
