I personally have no experience ordering from Unobstructed View. However, they are the official distributor of Criterion and Arrow titles in Canada; so, they should be a legit source. As for the quality of their ordering service, I'll leave that to others to comment on.

Well, they cancelled my order of the Criterion Godzilla set, so in my mind any company that can randomly go: nope, we're not honouring that order isn't one I'd want to deal with.

This sale will be most people's first experience with the site so I'd just follow that topic for reports. That said as someone said above they are the official distributor of Criterion and Arrow in Canada so they should be a safe bet.
