Default Bought a Blu-ray movie came without a digital copy code

So has anyone else bought a blu-ray movie that came with the digital copy but no code to download it just started downloading the digital copys to my new computer and have about 4 digital copys that came with no code to let me save them on my computer. 1 of the movies is a fox bluray so I called them and of course they want me to fax over my receipt but guess what like most people that bought them months ago I dont have it. so has this happened to anyone else and has anyone else tried returning them at the place of purchase.
thanks

Can't say that's ever happened to me. It's pretty easy to notice if something like that is in the package the day you buy it. Sounds like your best bet might be to try what you said last; exchange at place of purchase.

This happened to me when I bought the AVP 2-pack from Amazon, I never did call on it though...

I haven't had this problem, but I do open all my movies I buy even though I won't watch it for a while. That's the easiest way to make sure you have the code.

I actually received Appaloosa without the digital copy disc. Of course for some weird reason I received the Canadian version, but it's not that big of a deal for me, I highly doubt I was going to use the digital copy anyway, my iPod is already full.

Each studio has digital copy specific websites (the links are listed in the digital copy insert, or, if/since you don't have it, I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to google ). Just fill out their contact form and explain the problem and they will likely email you a new one.

When I opened my copy of A Bug's Life last week it had the insert for the digital copy but the space where the code is supposed to be printed was blank. I emailed Disney support and they gave me a code to use for downloading, but I don't download them to my hard drive - I always use the other option to set them up to stream on any computer. The code wouldn't work on that. I emailed them again and they said they had given me access to streaming but it didn't show up when I logged in. Emailed them again and they gave me a set to links to force a refresh of my Disney streaming movies, and it worked. So it took awhile but Disney responded very quickly each time until they got it right.

I had to download a separate form and send it via snail mail along with the proof of purchase and the receipt in order to get my Disney Movie Reward points, which wasn't nearly as handy or quick.
