- A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving
- Pocahontas
- Winnie The Pooh: Seasons Of Giving
- Garfield's Thanksgiving
- The Mayflower Voyagers (Peanuts)

Thumbs up

I might do a Harry Potter marathon with a Deathly Hallows theater finale on Friday night. I'm definitely gonna do a LotR marathon for Christmas.

I've been playing a LOT of Dragon Age Origins lately, but I was hoping to use this time to break the habbit.

I picked up The Expendables today at BestBuy and I think I might make this weekend a bit of a Quentin Tarantino marathon.

I will most likely throw StarWars and The Empire Strikes Back on for a while as well.

Still...Dragon Age....she calls me.

How about what I'll watch after thanksgiving? In that case, I figure the Sound of Music, The Thin Red Line, or Apocalypse Now for a movie night I guess.

Me and my boyfriend are starting our own Thanksgiving tradition starting with this, our first turkey day together. 1) Eat 2) Decorate house for Christmas and 3) Watch It's A Wonderful Life. We will do this every year

When I was growing up, local stations actually SHOWED old movies on TV.
Christmas and kiddie matinees, on the Day After Thanksgiving.
(Which didn't have a name back then, thank you very much, shopping-mall industry. )

And in keeping with such tradition--and knowing two of the movies you could always EXPECT to see on TDAT--I've kept Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and March of the Wooden Soldiers specially unwatched for just such sacred occasion.

(For some, it's always been Sound of Mucis, but for as long as my family can remember, Thanksgiving meant digging out the VHS of "Wonderful World of the Brothers Grimm", if there wasn't a local station showing it...However, Blu must come first.)
