Default HD DVD fans buying Blu-ray players?

I don't know if the trend is the same in the US?? In Denmark a lot of movie nerds, who bought a HD-DVD player last year are now buying a Blu-ray players also.

Eventhough some of them has been strong HD-DVD supportes, because they bought this player first, the larger studio support finally got to them. There are simply to many good movies released exclusively on Blu-ray which they can't live without.

Some of them are also getting a little tired of these "combo disk" and buy the Blu-ray version instead. When importing all the way from the US, it's quite annoying to receive a disk, that doesn't work. According to some of them, they have experienced problems with several titles

On the other hand I don't see Blu-ray owners buying into HD-DVD, because the studio support is large.
