Default Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End - Video Problem Question?

I watched the Pirates trilogy on blu-ray over the past few days, I finally bought them a few weekends ago when the individual DVD upgrade coupons were finally emailed to me by Disney.

I watched the third tonight and the video became all distorted at 1 hour 23 minutes. The audio made a popping sound in my speaker system. After 15 seconds the video distortion was gone. The pristine video and audio were back and remained throughout the rest of the film. After about 15 minutes I went back to 1:23 to ensure that it wasn't a singularity, and it happened in the same fashion again for the first 15 seconds of the minute.

Is this an issue with my disc? Or is it all discs? Or could it be the player? I didn't attempt to upgrade the firmware on my player, I updated it a few months ago (probably around Christmas); I have a Panasonic BD35. Do I have any recourse if it is the disc? I am well past the 14 day exchange of Best Buy, unfortunately.

Your firmware will be up to date as the disc is much older then your last update, and it isn't the transfer, you'll just have a faulty disc, either contact disney, or return the blu where you got it from and get a replacment.

Looks like I might have been mistaken on Best Buy's return/exchange policy, it appears to be 30 days and I just discovered the receipt which I thought I had lost.
