Thinking of buying the Pioneer Elite VSX-21TXH, *TODAY* - Should I?

Hello!

I have a 12% off coupon for Best Buy and am strongly considering getting the Pioneer Elite VSX-21TXH today:

It's current price is $699.98 and with 12% off, it would only be $615.01.

QUESTIONS:

1) Is this a good deal? The cheapest I can find online is $599 from a sketchy looking company called "Custom Sound Company"
2) Is this a "good" receiver? Would I be better off with a different brand/model for the same price?
3) Will this receiver soon be out dated?

I'm gonna head to BB today after work!
