Default HP: Goblet of Fire glitch?

I sat down to watch my copy for the first time tonight, and at 58:08, I noticed the number 750 flash across the scene for about a second. Is this a known thing?

What the hell...

I just put my copy in, and yes it is there. It's just a fraction of a second, and I've never noticed it before, but it is definitely there.

They do this with all of the Harry Potter movies

The number corresponds to your region, I remember people were saying it was used to track pirated copies, but I don't know if there's any truth to that

You can see a number in POA when you see the Sirius Black poster for the first time.

It's like Blair Witch 2: Book of Shadows, they got hidden crap throughout the movie.

Don't tell the religious right... they already condemn the film for promoting witchcraft... now they will say Satan changed his phone number from 666 to 750.

I just don't like Harry Potter in general and I think Rowling is extremely arrogant.

As said before, Potter films are known for this, however, in Azkaban, the number was seen only on the DVD version, the Blu-ray version is corrected

I see..so then there's nothing 'wrong' with my copy then. I was worried for a moment. Wonder why they didn't correct the bd version of GoF too?

Are there any other text/numbers in the other movies? I didn't notice anything in films 1-3.

I think they are okay but nothing special... then again, my parents didn't think Star Wars was very special either. As for Rowling, I guess eh earned the right to be arrogant, since very few authors ever hit it as big as she did. I don't care if she's arrogant or not, it's all about the product for me, not the person. If so, I wouldnt like Mel Gibson films, or Tom Cruise, or Polanski, or...

I agree with this more than almost anything I've ever read from you, although Mel is starting to test my 'patience/blocking it out for the movie' vibe.

Edit: Sorry, I just noticed how inappropriate this line of talk is. I have only ever noticed this one glitch, since you pointed it out. Thanks a lot.
