First LP I ever bought in 1967, with my own hard-earned cash, was this:
IMG_0143.JPG And yes, that's a pic of my personal copy. It's seen a lot of playing and it shows, but the vinyl is still failry good. Not to worry though, I have a few other copies that are VG+ to NM. ![]() John |

very impressive! how much did that cost you back in 1967? must have been very cheap for how much they sell these records now! but then again, the value of money was different then. What is the most you have paid for a record? |

Here's a pic of where I keep mine, and there is way more! I'll get another unit like this at some point this year, but I can't decide where to put it. 007.JPG The unit is an Expidit from Ikea...works perfectly! John |

When Ringo Starr played the Conductor on "Thomas the Tank Engine", a British magazine sent a 20 something young lady to interview him and write a feature article.
During the course of her interview she asked: "Mr. Starr, what did you do before starring in "Thomas the Tank Engine?" Without missing a beat (pun intended), Ringo answered: "Oh, I was a drummer in a rock and roll band." |
