i searched, but found nothing here. how long has warner brothers had this convert/upgrade program where you can send in dvds in with a fee to get a blu-ray copy?

There is a thread in the Deals section that provides a link. I just mailed in a bunch of DVD's yesterday to upgrade. It's like $4.95 a Blu ray. awesome deal!

I was looking at this yesterday and yes it's a sweet deal. I wanted to trade in my "Oceans" movies but Oceans 12 was not available for some strange reason.

Disney has a similar program as well.

Disney's program consists of sending them your proofs of purchase and them e-mailing you and $8.00 coupon per movie.

Man, I'm glad I checked this site before I upgraded my DVD's. Of the 13 that are eligible, only Blazing Saddles is worth at least $4.95 (imo). The Mask, Dumb and Dumber, The Wedding Singer, et. al. are all very shoddy in PQ and/or AQ. What's Warner doing? Trying to piss us all off? Then they've done a good job with me

I'll buy Blazing Saddles for $11.49 from Amazon and not bother with DVD2Blu; this whole fiasco has made me sick
