Default applying wax on speaker cabinets?

Guys, I was wondering if it's ok to apply car wax (Meguiars, Turtle wax, etc) on speaker cabinets. My speakers are gloss black and I want them to shine!!

What does the manufacturer recommend? You might check your owners manual first. Auto waxes are midly abrasive. you may find that it leaves polish marks.

As long as the wax don't contain any abrasives you should be fine. Mainly the wax might "darken" the color.

Default Wax & Conditioner

Hello

Meguiar's #40 Was & Meguiar's #9 Conditioner; they are outstanding.

They are the highest shine and easiest to apply and remove; no abrasives, I've been using them for over thirty years without regret, and compared to many other products.

Thank You

You could try Pledge dusting spray.

Question - were did you get your B&W's from - Digital Sound or Domes Audio Video Enviornments? That's if you purchased them in the Hampton Roads area of VA.

That's 10-4, I knew that Digital Sound and Dome's were the only B&W dealers in the Hampton Roads area, but yea Richmond - I bought my old Fosgate Model 3A from there (Audio Exchange) back in the Mid 90's ....Good times, yeah...good times!
