United Kingdom BD wants list

I apologise if this has been done before. We’re fast running out of things to moan about, but coming up to Christmas and with the new Muppets movie out, I expected Disney to release The Muppet Christmas Carol on BD and am bitterly disappointed. I guess their waiting for its 20th anniversary next year, but I thought business scene would out-weigh sentiment!

Any-who, here’s a list of other movies I’m still waiting to see a BD release of, anyone else think of any good-uns?

*Indiana Jones - The Original Trilogy
*The Ring
*Wallace & Gromit:The Curse of the Were-Rabbit
*Krull
*Jeepers Creepers 2
*The Core
*Cube trilogy
*The League Of Gentlemen (all series, Christmas special and the movie)
*Nighty night (series 1 & 2)
*The Forgotten
*South Park movie
*Flushed Away
*Dreamcatcher
*The Time Machine (2002)

Theres a decent chance a good chunk of your titles will be avaialble by this time next year, especially Indy.

I don't hold much hope for many of my list: Still Life Is Beautiful is a must for me and that's coming early 2012. Mine would be:

Southern Comfort
Witness
Atlantic City
King Of New York
The Thing From Another World (Eureka MOC release please!?)
Sorcerer (Friedkin 1977 film)
Night Moves *
Point Blank *
Klute *

I can't be bothered going on but all the * are WB films and didn't get a DVD release over here so it's time they pulled a finger out and got them done. They can also give us Deliverance although I could and probably should just import the US disc.

Hopefully Warner might release South Park here around the release time of the new South Park RPG that's coming out next year.

And maybe Paramount will end up releasing it's remaining animation titles next year aswell, now that they've released all the Shrek's and all of they're already released animations in 3D.

South Park is already out on Blu and fairly cheap. Think my copy only cost about £8

I got mine via one of the UK based sites and its region free so it sort of is (depending how technical ya want to get)

there is no region B specific copy though, thats true. But why wait when the USA version is region free? OP never specified region B/UK only releases either

as for Unreleased Blu's I'd love to see:
-Idle Hands
-BASEketball
-Cannabal the Musical
-Live Freaky Die Freaky
-Gremlins 2
-Highway

these would all be purely for the sake of upgrade / completion mind. The DVD copies I have do just fine for now and its not like any would benifit all that much from a HD upgrade visually.

also, the entire Disney classic back catalogue would be nice...eventually Aladdin, Mulan *cough* or The Little Mermaid *cough*

It's been mentioned in another thread, but Fright Night (1985) has just been released. In fact, I got an e-mail that my copy has been shipped

Maybe they're working on a re-master like they did for T2:Skynet Edition?
