Which Receiver given these speakers?

First buy for a home theater. I'm starting out with two floor speakers, sub, and front speaker first. Wanted to get a solid receiver, but I have a pretty tight budget.

Musts:

1. Be around 250-350 dollars.
2. Must be 7.1, but a very good 5.1 can be considered.
3. HD sound with my PS3 as its blu-Ray player.
4. Be able to use the speakers I mention below.

The speakers I have are.

(2) Jamo E 660 Floor Speakers
(1) Jamo E 7CEN Front Speaker
(1) PA-120 Sub

What receiver given the criterias above would fit well with the speakers that I have?
