Is it hard to learn to play the piano ... At 30..??

I'm 30 now. Always wanted to learn to play but never had a piano so there was mo point. I was thinking of buying a mini piano or a nice electronic but not to sure. I'm pretty musically gifted I guess and was in 10 honor bands and all state in hs, so the notes chords, scales and sight reading shouldn't be a problem. But I do have tendon troubles in my hand which just makes it feel stiff all the time.


So what do you think. ?? Is it to late?
