It's one of the few Cruise movies I've ever seen, and I was a fan of the movie. As much as I despise him these days, I may have to pick this one up.

I'm just wondering if this will be THE definitive release that can be expected for this title or was it just a rewarming of the hdvd release material with some tweaks here and there? (It could be both, for that matter.)

This one could be hard to judge if this is IT for the title, or will there be a bigger/better version of it for the doubledip to come at some undisclosed date.

Just got mine from tower.com via US Postal. I guess they had stock and didn't mind breaking the date.

Sorry you think that way.

IMO Tom Cruise has starred in some excellent movies, and I have many of his titles in my DVD and Blu-ray collection.

I think that some people have been put off him by his well publicised personal life, but that shouldn't be a factor when judging his acting capabilities, and the enjoyment of his many movies.

Jerry MaGuire is a favourite of mine, I will be getting that when released on BD, (which, I hear is not far away) and Mission Impossible 3 is an absolutely brilliant BD in PQ and although only in DD, the AQ is great.

I agree with you 100%. The guy might be a little wacko in his private life, but that shouldn't stop anyone from enjoying all of the great movies he's been in. I look forward to owning most of his movies on Blu.
