Running Scared on Blu? - Blu-ray Forum

Not sure if many have seen this movie, but over was a awesome movie and think it would be great for bd.

it is a New Line feature so it could happen. I really like the movie, but I have only watched my SD DVD copy 3 times since I bought it.

Yeah it is.
I actually watched this in theaters when another show we wanted to see was sold out... can't remember what it was... Vera Farmiga is hot and sure can kick some butt when she must!!

I think you're talking about RUNNING SCARED with Paul Walker. If so, that movie had it's moments much like BOONDOCK SAINTS but both films were just a little over the top at times and some of the charachters were just not believeable. I wanted and tried to like both of these films but I think they are very overrated. I'll pass if either of these come to Blu. There are so many better titles I want out there.

Yaaaaa, both of these movies were great. (Boondocks and Running Scared) Definate buys for me if they came out on blu.

Boondock Saints is a must have for me when it comes out!

This is just how both of those movies were meant to be... over the top!
Sometimes I don't need a real character development going on... lets get down to the action straight away and while you're at it, make a bit over the top!!

Definitely 2 of the better titles if you compare them to a lot of junk that has been released in the past few years, mostly when the director and actors are just trying to hard to make it a "cool" flick.

Oh, really enjoyed Smokin' Aces as well.

I agree with the others that have said Running Scared is an awesome movie. I've been waiting for this movie on Blu-ray for some time, would definitely purchase it.

Great flick. I own the Dutch HD DVD and the transfer is fantastic...I imagine the blu-ray would impress, as well.
