Default What to do with a faulty movie?
When i bought a PS3 40gig a couple of yrs ago, they gave me a free copy of Spiderman 3.... I watched it, put it back in its case and that's where its stayed ever since..

However yesterday, I decided to give it play.... This disc is in Brand New Condition.. It doesn't even have a smudge on it let alone a hairline scratch... It's in perfect condition,, YET, it will not play in either of my PS3's or my DMP-BD65..

So this disc is faulty..

Any idea's on what I can do about getting a replacement?
