Serenity and the new Star Trek are among my favorites. I'm anxiously awaiting an Alien box set, The Abyss, and Armageddon.

They are all good. No other genre benefits from Blu-Ray disc technology then Sci-Fi movies. Well some art-house movies also did/would benefit from it as well.
