Possible Kick Ass Steelbook(Never existed)

I have been following the blu ray release of this film since I saw it in the cinema
I noticed amazon.fr and amazon.de have both put the film on their website's and today I emailed amazon.fr asking if it was a steelbook and got a reply saying it was ( email in next post), I'm also going to email amazon.de and ask them
