An early '80s show on Blu? Doubtful. The only way that could happen, and it's entirely possible, that it was filmed on 35mm film rather than on NTSC video. Because this was in a time prior to any kind of CG or even post-production visual effects on video, like what ST:TNG did, theyt could possibly clean-up and scan the original film elements into a plausible HD master.
