PS3 Platinum Trophies becoming harder to get as Online Servers Shutting Down

I revisited my PS3 collection to see which of my favorites I wanted to try for Platinum. I am realizing with time that this will become impossible for any titles with Online trophies. For example, in Mortal Kombat (2011) the online servers are shut down.

However, there are a few others that it may still be barely possible, as the online functionality seems to be ok as it lets me set up a game lobby. Now I’m not sure if ability to create a game lobby is an indication that online still works for a specific title, but it would be worth a try. This means it would literally need coordinating between two different gamers who own the title to join the lobby and help each other get those online trophies.

The PS3 games I’m trying to play that are in this spot (game lobby available):
- Dirt 2
- Street Fighter IV
- Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2
