Default power conditioners

Are you suppose to leave your conditioners on all of the time, or turn them off when you shut everything else down for the night?

Panamax M5400.

Mine is on all the time, it's supposed to stay on. It is possible to only turn off 2 banks (four plugs). The only way to turn everything off is to unplug it but that ain't gonna happen. I'm not crawling behind by equipment to do that. Besides, my amp doesn't like being totally unplugged.
