You have to know the topic your moderating very well.

Like Shin-ra, he moderates the games section because he knows more about PS games than everyone else combined.

Or you can know everything Blu like Blue, Josh, etc.. and moderate it all, and be a "Super Moderator".

I fear that as our little piece of heaven is becoming more and more popular over the internet, it will become an increasingly difficult job. For instance, I see my name on internet forums in Germany and Australia linking to posts I’ve made on this site in regards to some majors.
Guys and gals, people are reading our stuff and paying close attention to it all over the world.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think the assault will be from our European friends or the Aussies, if it comes, it will definitely be homegrown.

Please keep vigilant and don’t let this place degrade into other fiascos like AVMS.

The added value that I see from the new appointments of wickywoo and dialog_gvf is that, just like our other mods, they are not just policemen, but they exhibit great audiovideo acumen in general.

I think I'm pretty knowledgeable about most things here, with the exception of the latest generation of video games maybe. I don't play that much anymore.

But as far as everything else is concerned, I am always up to the challenge. Plus I'm good at researching things I don't know that much about.

Anyway, like I said. Maybe, eventually I'll be considered for one of the mods.

My philosophy is that if you give them an inch they will take a mile !

We've all seen what has happened at other places.
Immediately report all anti-social activity and allow the mods to use their judgment in how to deal with it.....hopefully, swiftly and decisively.

I've probably reported 5 people in the last week. The Paramount news has brought a lot of trolls.
