Kelley's Heroes issue

I watched my 2 pack of Kelley's Heroes and Where Eagles Dare and noticed about half way through the dialogue seemed out of sync with Kelley's Heroes. Anyone else noticed this?

I have a Sony bdp-s360 and I watched the whole film without noticing any issues. It's possible it was just bad dubbing on the actual film. I did notice a bunch of scenes of German's talking that weren't subtitled. Do you or anyone esle know if the film has always been this way? This is the first time I have seen it.

As far as I can remember it's always been that way, I've seen this film lots of times growing up in the UK and never seen subtitles for the German speaking scenes.

I've watched it three times on two different set-ups and haven't noticed any problems with my copy.

I watched it on my Sony S350 and did notice that the video lagged behind the audio by half a second; not long enough to be noticeable all the time, but just enough to still be distracting. I have HDMI 1.3 all the way and have never had lip sync issues (not even with a disc from the first batch of Saving Private Ryan). The fact that I had not seen anyone else report having this problem led me to believe I just got a bad copy and asked the WBShop to send me another. They shipped it today, but I don't know how long it'll take to get to me so that I can check it and report back.

Can you tell me how I contact WB? This is one of the few titles I purchased from an online retailer and it will be a pain to return through them I'm sure.

Yep, same here.

I have watched this movie close to a hundred times, and last week when I watched the BD, it was the very first time that I noticed this issue.

The WBShop is where I bought it from; you'll more than likely have to go through your retailer.

I had the same issue on my BDP-83. I stopped the play and then restarted it (at the point it stopped) and it was back in sync.

I checked the replacement disc today on both my S350 and PS3 and the lip sync is still off. Again, it's only slightly off as the other two people who watched it with me didn't even notice.

I'm still waiting for my replacement copy to come in. I guess I'll have to try the stop/start option if I still notice it.
