Does the 'new look' just mean different cover and that's it?

Not sure... all of the Pixar titles (except the Toy Story films) are being re-released to DVD on the same day. They haven't got any cover art up, so no idea what is "New" about them.

PoP will be a day-one purchase for me! One of my fav films of the year. No Bug's Life though? Would've expected if they had a DVD re-release they'd bring out the Blu with it as well. It's been out in the US for almost a year.

I'm pretty new so no one will really know me here :P

Anyway, I'm excited for Beauty and the Beast! I'll def get that on the first day or the first Saturday.

I really want to know the differences of the Pixar films because I was gonna buy those this weekend. Hmmm

I note the absence of Finding Nemo & The Incredibles too, which are also getting DVD re-releases...

Just noticed Hocus Pocus! A childhood favourite! Never thought I'd see that one come to Blu, or at least not for a long while. Another day-one!

It may still get a slip cover, that image is just from their B2B so nothing is exactly final with it.

As for Fantasia, nothing in the release sheets as yet I am afraid. I have heard rumors that they are definitely working on it though!

*UPDATE* It will be out in the UK in November!

Argh! I haven't bought all the Pixar's yet besides Monsters Inc and Up so I can either get the new ones or quickly go out and buy the ones out now because Up and Toy Story 3 probably won't have these similar covers to Toy Story 1 & 2 anytime soon.

But then when A Bugs Life, The Incredibles and Finding Nemo finally come out.. I hope they don't make them match these new covers. Or else I'm gonna go have to buy these again.

I'm a bit weird when it comes to cover art, I like everything to match. Thanks for posting the covers

Wall-E is already a 'classic' ? good grief. You might want to ask admin before adding those cover arts, im guessing they are the same disc? Might not need a double listing. But i'm not admin so don't take my word.

According to EzyDVD Monsters Inc. etc still has 2-discs so I'm guessing they are the same releases just with garish new art. Apparently Ratatouille needs 3 mentions on the front that it's a Disney-Pixar release just in case you didn't know and didn't see the first mention and then another mention that it's a Disney Blu-ray.

So glad I got the UK releases with the slipcovers.

Oh, by the way, I think Ratatouille is a Disney-Pixar release.

The Bonus DVD in those sets is exclusive to JB, hence it does not appear on the cover art I have provided above.
