Default I have a question about Warner and Fox Blu-ray movies....

I am just wondering if someone can tell me what happen to pathfinder unrated that was supposed to be release on blue ray? is it still coming?

Also I am new to blue ray so I dont know a lot about there blue ray disc but I notice that the blue ray movie of 300 and TMNT doesnt have menu the movie just starts without menu. Is this normal?

Last does the codec that warner uses on there blue ray movies that is talk here on blueray.com on their reviews is the same as the one used on HDDVD? So I dont have to worried about having the bad version of the movie.

300 on Blu-ray is simply a beautiful thing as you will see (and hear). The sales speak for themselves. Almost 200,000 satisfied customers in less than a month. Wow!

Pathfinder: Fox: may come later
300/TMNT: Warner discs: normal to start without menu
Warner: uses VC-1: most of their Blu-ray discs and HD DVDs have the same video file.

de paso, it's Blu-ray not blue ray

I actually like it. Most of the time, I just want to watch the movie and afterwards see what extras there are.

What I do hate with several Blu-rays (and also DVD's) are all those previews and promotional videos that automatically start when playing after starting a disc. Especially does you can only get past by skipping, where you can't get directly to the main menu.

Yeah, you and me, buddy. I'm impatient I guess. I have enough time to play with the audio settings and stuff while the studio is announcing its name.

Only semi-annoying to me, as long as I can skip past them it's fine. I kinda like it because sometimes it makes me feel like I'm at a movie theater.

enjoy
