I have heard, or read, many complaints from directors who chose not to use the 3D cameras because they are so difficult to work with, bulky, heave, etc. Are the cameras they are using for 3D television that much different than the cameras they use to film the movies? I've noticed at the U.S. Open they have the 3D cameras mounted to the top of the regular cameras, and they don't look like they are that big. Anyone know?
