Default The Inbetweeners

Does anyone watch this? It's a great show and I hear the U.S might be making their own version?

Crude and vulgar.

Superb show.

Not sure it would successfully translate to a US equivalent though.

I love this show too. And in addition to series three (on in September in the UK), they have started filming a motion picture that's supposedly set during a Summer holiday. The only bad news is that Simon Bird (and/or his agent(s) was reportedly acting like a giant tw*t and asking for more money than the other three guys, so they threatened to replace him in the film, but supposedly all is settled now.

That's here.

Wow that's awesome never knew the movie got confirmed. Can't wait for it now all we need is a US release of series 1-3 and for the movie to also come over for DVD/Blu-ray.

I still can't figure out if it's even shot in HD or not, as I've heard much of E4 is upconverted when it's on the HD feed?

Me neither I just assumed since series 3 and the movie were filmed recently they would be HD and hopefully get a Blu release. I think series 1 and 2 weren't shot in HD but not sure on that.

My concern about the movie is that they'll tone it down, cause the racier episodes are '18' for language/dialogue and I doubt they'd want that for the film; I actually hope they'd edit it for '15' in cinemas for sales and release an '18' uncut BD...

Same here that was a funny episode. Also another is when I forgot who but they got the yellow car and drove to the amusement park.

Saw the first episode of series 3 and damn the ending was a little strange but it was funny as hell I was laughing the whole time Simon was walking up and down the lane.

Loved the 2nd episode and can't wait for more. Also looks like after the movie we will get one special taking place after the movie and seeing where are characters are since then to end the series.

I'm still not sure either but I really hope that BBCA releases a complete series set since we haven't gotten one series yet and the show ends with the 3rd series so they don't have to wait for more.

Sad that the series is now over but I really enjoyed the last episode and series 3 as a whole was really good. Pretty good ending I think
[Show spoiler]with them walking away together and it looks like Simon might finally get Carlie.
Can't wait for the movie next year.
