White spots on blu-ray releases, arrrgh!

Hi everyone!

I would like to talk about white spots that run throughout some films. For example I have Batman BD and Grimm Brothers BD that includes too many of white spots. Maybe because these movies are dark, its easier to notise but...

I´d rather would like to watch failures of original master than these stupid spots of high def blu-ray disc. 30 euros is way too much of disc than includes so much white "digital dirt".

After I purchased Batman and realized spots, I desided not to buy any blu-ray before it cost under ten euros.
Unfortunately after few months I had forgot what I promised to myself and purhchased couple of more blu-rays includin great Grimm Brothers. And again same disappointment same white spots.
I think It´s too expensive to buy these movies if quality is not perfect.

Is this white spot phenominon already solved, or what?
