I usually know what I am doing around computers, but a small problem in my browsers has me stumped. The buttons to scroll sideways on Amazon's product pages for "Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought" have not worked for a couple of months now, and I can't seem to figure out what I changed that stopped them working. It is behavior that extends to all my browsers, so I doubt it is any plug-in I use.
Are those buttons rendered using Java or Javascript possibly? I did uninstall all the older versions of Java on my computer, but doesn't the latest Java update handle everything? Knowing how those buttons work (they can't be Flash, can they) would narrow down the list of possible problems. |
