Black Hawk down is still $13.99 as Best Buy. That might help with your decision. Oh, and it was also a darn good flick.

Black Hawk Down is the better as far as movies go, but Shooter may get harder to find pretty soon.

In my opinion the PQ in Shooter was better then Black Hawk Down (less grain). As far as the actual movie, black hawk down was alot better.

Black Hawk Down is a really good movie to have in blu. I never saw shooter and it will be at least a year before that happens. $28 on Amazon is a joke at this point for any movie.

Definitely buy both if you can, if not buy only "Blackhawk Down". I own "Blackhawk Down" and have rented "Shooter". I haven't seen "Blackhawk Down" yet, but will watch it soon. I rented "Shooter" not knowing it was based on the Stephen Hunter novel "Point of Impact". I had read the book and liked the movie well enough, just not well enough to ever watch it again.

Seen both in BD and BHD wins that fight with better PQ sound and movie overall. Shooter is pretty but that's about it. I actually own BHD and i rented shooter see if i like it to buy it, but to me it was not worth it.
