Default My new Blu-ray movie was skipping

Okay so I was just watching my recently bought Blu-Ray (Leon: The Professional) and at a certain scene, it started to freeze for a little bit, and then skip a little bit further into the scene.

So I took out the disc, which appeared to be very clean. Couldnt notice any scratches or smudges or anything, but I cleaned it with a tissue anyway.

I put the movie back in, and at the same scene it freezes again BUT this time, in a slightly different spot.

Then I realised it doesnt freeze on the same spot every time. But on spots at around the same time in the movie.

So what's the deal with this? If it's not freezing at the same spot every time does that mean it's not a scratch and could just be a smudge or something, or is it a fault in the disc?

Has this happened to anyone else's disk? And if so, is there a way I can fix it at home, because I would hate having to go all the way back to the shop to return it, if it's easy to be fixed. Also, whats the best way to try and clean a disc? Is it safe to use a micro fibre cloth (the ones used to clean eye glasses)?

I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thanks in advance
