I would like to know if the German Bruce Almighty BD has the same transfer as the U.S BD release? I have recently rented the German version and it didn't look THAT bad to me. Sure it was DNR'd to death (not as bad as T2 though, where it's much more annoying), and definition was severely lacking, but I didn't see the excessive noise, telecine wobble, or overly hot contrast levels as stated in the review on this site. I found it acceptable , albeit barely, and would get for $10.99 at Amazon .com. Can anyone verify that the transfer of those 2 releases is the exact same?
