Things you learned that they don't teach anymore

I was reading that there's a lot of young people that can't write in cursive.

I started wondering other things that you learned growing up that they just don't teach anymore.

So what would you list?

Cursive would be first for me. If you can't write in cursive what's your signature going to look like?
