Why wouldn't they port the slim SD extras over? Universal has had them from the start so it wouldn't be of any real extra cost, and they are doing a Pan-EURASIAN release between September and the end of 2010. No idea why the USA has to miss out (Johnny English Reborn tie in?)

I think in this case, the movies aren't good enough to warrant serious extras. Mr. Bean's Holiday has much more charm and is far superior to the awful first one, but really, you watch them for the "Mr. Bean moments" that were so well-integrated into the series (which does deserve extensive extras and a remastering of the SD video).
